1. Is your class free?

Our yoga classes are paid. Here are our standard rates:
  • $14.00 / class if you purchase a single class or drop-in.
  • $12.50 / class if you buy a package of 4 classes ($50 total).
We also offer credit if you refer people to Yomosas®. You can use that credit for a single class or for a package. Please note that there is a separate charge for brunch and mimosas as the food and drinks are handled by the venue.

Are you a member of StudioHop or ClassPass? If so you can attend our class as part of your membership!

2. Can you handle groups or private events? Do you offer a group discount?

We love groups! For more information about group discounts for our regular classes -- or about having a private event with Yomsosas® -- please check out our Groups & Events page by clicking the button below.

3. How does your class work?

Our classes our pretty simple:
  • RSVP online for a class ahead of time or drop in. (We strongly recommend that you RSVP to guarantee your spot in class as well as to be notified of class changes/cancellations.)
  • Arrive at the venue. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early if you are dropping in; you can arrive 10-15 minutes before class if you've already RSVP'ed and paid.
  • Open a tab with the venue for the brunch and mimosas. This helps the venue know how much food to make and they can have the drinks ready immediately after class.
  • Set up you mat and talk to the instructor.
  • Enjoy your yoga class!
  • After the class, brunch and mimosas (and other drinks) are provided. So stay for a while and socialize!

4. Should I RSVP in advance?

We highly recommend that you RSVP in advance. Why? It's really about making the check-in process quick and easy. If you're RSVP'ed and paid you can just tell us your name when you check in and we'll mark your attendance in our system. It only takes about 5 seconds. Our guests who RSVP also have precedence over drop-ins if the class fills up, and receive automated email notifications about class changes/cancellations. If you haven't RSVP'ed you might show up at the venue ... and we might not be there!

If you're worried about not being able to make a class ... well, don't worry! We have a very customer-friendly cancellation policy: you can cancel up to an hour before the class begins. And if you forget to cancel we typically will do an early cancel anyway (as long as you didn't block a spot from someone else trying to take the class).

5. How can I pay?

We recommend that you pay in advance when you RSVP. That will save you time, and you will be refunded the full amount if you cancel before class. If you choose to pay when you arrive expect that there will be a short wait as we check people in.

Credit/Debit Cards
Our system works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted:

  • Prepaid

6. How can I stay alerted to schedule changes?

From time to time there are circumstances that require us to make changes to our class. At Yomosas® we have two types of schedule changes:
  • Class cancellation
  • Change of venue (which may -- in rare cases -- include a change in start time)
Our most up to date calendar is always here on our website. You can also follow Yomosas® on Meetup.com and on Facebook as we will post changes to our schedule there as well.

If you have RSVP'ed to a class you will be notified of cancellations via email. So once again: we strongly encourage you to RSVP for a class!

(If you have contacted us about a group event we will contact the group coordinator directly via email if there are changes to the time or venue.)

7. How early should I arrive?

How early you should arrive before class depends on how you've booked with us.
  • Drop-ins. If you've never been to a class before (and you aren't a client in our system) we recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before class. We will need the extra time to create your account in our system as well as run your credit card to pay for the class. It can be very disruptive to the class and other Yomogis if you arrive just before class and everyone has to wait until you're checked in.
  • RSVP'ed but haven't paid. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before class. This will give you time to pay for our class, (optionally) start a tab for brunch/mimosas, and get ready for the class.
  • RSVP'ed and paid in advance. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before class. This will give you time to (optionally) start a tab for brunch/mimosas, and get ready for the class.
  • ClassPass. If you've never been to one of our classes before we recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class. (We will need that time to create your account in our system.) But if you're already in our system feel free to arrive 5 minutes before class.

For everyone who attends please allow adequate time to find parking, which is usually across Lake Austin Blvd and requires a 2-3 minute walk to Abel's on the Lake.

8. Do you have extra yoga mats available?

We usually have 4-5 mats available. However, we typically reserve these for guests who are from out of town. Therefore we strongly recommend that you bring your own yoga mat.

9. Where should I park?

For specific parking information please visit our Venues page. For Abel's in the Lake, the parking lot on the lake side is fairly small and is shared with Mozart's and Hula Hut. If you arrive early you may find parking, but overall we recommend parking in the large lots on the other side of Lake Austin Blvd. It's about a 2-minute walk from those lots to Abel's.

10. Can I purchase Yomosas® gear?
